A: Financial institutions, charity donations, government seized and company fleet vehicles.
Q: How can I find out if my credit union auctions their repossessions here?
A: You would have to call your credit union to ask them.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, cashiers’ checks and money orders.
Q: Who is eligible to purchase a car?
A: Any member of the public who is at least 18 years of age and has a valid driver’s license.
Q: Is there a bidder fee?
A: Yes, there is a $50.00 annual bidder fee.You will be issued a bidder number which will allow you to bid for one year.
Q: Do you finance?
A: We do not provide financing.All vehicles must be paid in cash, cashiers’ check or money order. We can refer you to a credit union or financial institution in your area.
Q: If there is a problem with the vehicle that I purchase, can I return it and get a refund?
A: NO.ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”, WITH NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER/BUYER TO INSPECT AND RESEARCH ANY VEHICLE AT AUCTION PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. These are used vehicles and some vehicles will require some minor to major work. Do not bid on any vehicle if you are not prepared to take this chance.
